Krista Muscat

Krista Muscat is a Trainee Advocate within Ganado Advocates’ Investment Services & Funds department, where she assists clients with the formation, licensing and ongoing administration of collective investment schemes, asset managers and other investment service providers.

Prior to joining the team, Krista formed part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution department, where she assisted clients in civil and commercial matters and developed a particular interest in the intersection of corporate law and dispute resolution, including both contentious proceedings and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.

Krista also gained experience within the firm as an intern in the Corporate & Commercial, Private Client, and Intellectual Property, Media & Technology departments.
