Lorraine Poole

Lorraine Poole is a Partner within Ganado Advocates’ banking and finance practice. She has extensive experience in complex cross-border transactions, advising on a wide spectrum of syndicated financing arrangements, including acquisition and project finance, and leads the financing team at the firm. Lorraine also advises clients on prime brokerage, securities lending, repos and derivatives, providing advice on specialised issues such as close-out netting on insolvency and collateral arrangements to clients and industry organisations. In addition, Lorraine is a visiting lecturer and examiner at the Faculty of Laws, University of Malta.
