Rowena Fenech is a Paralegal within Ganado Advocates’ Corporate team, where she supports clients on a wide range of corporate matters. She is actively involved with the formation of Maltese entities, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance as well as the drafting and review of legal documentation.
Rowena brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate services, with experience in company secretarial duties, corporate governance and regulatory compliance. She has been extensively involved in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory reviews for complex structures including companies, trusts, foundations, and funds. In addition, she has valuable experience in the trade finance, banking, and payments sectors, contributing to her well-rounded understanding of both corporate and financial regulatory spheres. Rowena began her journey with the firm in July 2024 as a Paralegal. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of Malta, which will further consolidate her legal acumen and prepare her for admission to the bar as an Advocate.
