Rowena Fenech is a Paralegal within Ganado Advocates’ Corporate team, where she supports clients on a wide range of corporate matters. She is actively involved in the formation of Maltese entities, corporate reorganisations, corporate governance, and the drafting and review of legal documentation.
Rowena brings strong experience in corporate services, including company secretarial duties, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. She has been extensively involved in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulatory reviews for complex structures, including companies, trusts, foundations and funds. In addition, she has gained exposure to the trade finance, banking, and payments sectors, contributing to a well-rounded understanding of both corporate and financial regulatory frameworks.
Rowena began her journey with the firm in July 2024 as a Paralegal. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from the University of Malta and is currently reading for a Master of Advocacy (M.Adv.), complementing her practical experience in corporate and regulatory matters while further strengthening her legal acumen.
