Sarah Demicoli

Sarah Demicoli is a Trainee Advocate in the Investment Services and Funds department at Ganado Advocates. In her role she assists with the structuring, licensing, and ongoing servicing of collective investment schemes, asset management firms, and other investment service providers.

Sarah previously formed part of the Firm’s Asset Finance Team wherein she worked closely with the team with regards to preparing a range of security documents under Maltese law, such as mortgages, deeds of covenants, and share pledges. Additionally, she helped review transactions governed by foreign laws to ensure their compliance with Maltese legal standards.

Prior to joining Ganado, she gained over three years of experience as a legal intern at Filletti & Filletti Advocates, where she acquired extensive experience in court and navigated the complexities of litigation processes.
