Sotiria Chantzaki

Sotiria Chantzaki is an Associate in the investment fund services department at Ganado SARL. She specialises in the structuring, establishment, and regulatory compliance of a wide range of investment fund vehicles, including UCITS, AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs and specialised structures across private equity, real estate, debt, hedge funds, and crypto-assets. Her expertise spans the full fund lifecycle—from authorisation and launch to restructuring and liquidation—with particular focus on compliance with AIFMD, UCITS, SFDR, and EU Taxonomy frameworks.

Sotiria further advises on fund mergers, cross-border structuring, private wealth management and regulatory filings with the CSSF, coordinating closely with regulators and service providers. Prior to joining Ganado S.a.r.l., Sotiria gained valuable experience at leading Luxembourg law firms.
