The Malta Shipping Directorate wishes to announce the entry into force of the Passenger Yacht Code, on 25 May 2021. This Code is intended for passenger yachts carrying more than 12 passengers (but not more than 36), carrying up to 200 persons, not carrying cargo and engaging on international voyages.
