Stephanie Zarb Adami to lecture about the roles and duties of a company secretary

Society Education will be hosting a seminar to discuss the role and responsibilities of company secretaries of Maltese companies on the 13th of March.

This online live session will cover compliance with the Company Service Providers Act, practical duties, liability limitations, key court judgments, future trends, and the impact of technology on corporate governance.

Stephanie Zarb Adami, a senior associate in our corporate practice, will be leading this session.
