Stephen Attard at the IFA Malta: Winter Tax Workshop 2026

Stephen Attard, Corporate Finance and Tax Partner at Ganado Advocates, will be one of the speakers at the IFA Malta: Winter Tax Workshop 2026, which will be held virtually on 14 January, 2026 and is being organised by the Malta branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).

All speakers at the Workshop had attended the IFA Annual Congress in Lisbon in October 2025. The Workshop will provide an overview of the key tax issues and technical developments identified during the IFA Congress, and will highlight major international tax topics currently shaping tax policy and practice.

The main topics to be addressed during the Workshop are :

• Residency of legal entities for corporate income taxation
• EU tax harmonisation
• Transfer Pricing and Intra-group services
• Recent developments in international taxation
• Global Mobility and Tax Considerations

Stephen Attard will analyse developments in international taxation through a review of some recent judgments in the US, Spain, UK, and India.
