The Prudent Person Principle under Solvency II

GANADO Advocates and London & Capital organised a seminar to discuss the implications of The Prudent Person Principle under Solvency II. The seminar took place on Wednesday, 16th November between 15:00 and 17:00 at Xara Lodge, Rabat. Board members, investment committee members, management, risk managers and compliance officers attended the event.

At this event, Mr William Dalziel, Partner at London & Capital and Ms Tanya Causon, Manager of Regulatory Advisory Services within GANADO Advocates’ Insurance and Pensions practice, reviewed the changes to investment management since the introduction of Solvency II and its impact on capital requirements.
