Investment Services & Funds Lawyer

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Investment Services & Funds team in order to continue addressing our clients’ needs effectively and to strengthen our resources.

We are interested in hearing from warranted or newly graduated lawyers who would like to pursue a career in investment services, investment funds, financial services regulation, digital assets regulation and related areas of practice, to support the team in a broad range of work.

The role will involve advising local and international clients, including fund promoters, fund managers, investment firms, payment service providers, electronic money institutions, fund administrators and custodians, on a broad range of investment services, funds and financial services regulatory matters, including fund structuring, regulatory and compliance matters, licensing and authorisation processes, drafting and review of legal documentation, ongoing regulatory advice and transactional work.

The successful candidate will, amongst other qualities, have a sound academic preparation, a positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, be a team-player with a collaborative working style, results-focused, and able to communicate confidently and effectively.
