Antoine Cremona named Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) Author: Ganado Advocates Published on December 10, 2019 Dr Antoine Cremona, Partner within the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, has been named as a Fellow by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) of London. Fellowship is the highest grade of membership of the CIArb and considered to be an honourable achievement for dispute resolution practitioners, signifying the Fellow’s commitment towards reaching globally-recognised standards of knowledge, skills and behaviour. Prior to this appointment, Antoine has been a Member of CIArb for 14 years. Antoine joined GANADO Advocates in 2005, after having read for a Master of Laws, specialising in Dispute Resolution, at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). As a key member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, Antoine regularly represents clients in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings, particularly in corporate disputes with a special focus on shareholder disputes, construction contracts and cross-border proceedings. He lectures international commercial arbitration at the University of Malta and participates regularly in practice groups relating to dispute resolution and public procurement law. He is also an active member of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR.
