Digital Marketing Executive

Ganado Advocates, is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to support its Marketing & Business Development team. This role requires a highly organised, creative, and detail-oriented professional to drive the firm’s digital presence while also contributing to event planning and marketing initiatives.   Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing digital marketing strategies aligned with the firm’s objectives
• Managing the firm’s website, including content updates, SEO optimization, and performance tracking
• Overseeing social media channels, content planning, and engagement strategies
• Supporting event planning, including coordination, promotion, and execution of corporate event.
• Ability to adapt marketing materials and branded content
• Creating and managing digital advertising campaigns
• Conducting market research and performance analysis to optimize digital initiatives
• Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency
• Creating news items and other content, optimised for web, in relation to marketing initiatives employees participate in.
• Ensuring effective communication of such news on the company’s website, social media and other content distribution channels
• Coordinating the creation of a wide range of marketing material (including brochures and promotional items) ensuring the creation of material is of visual impact and within brand guidelines

• Holds a degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (proficiency in Maltese is an asset)
• Has at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional services environment
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, PPC advertising, and social media management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and has experience using Canva and video editing tools.
• Is creative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong organisational skills
• Has experience in content management systems (mainly WordPress) and email marketing platforms
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously

HR Executive

Working closely with HR management to support both legal professionals and administrative staff, the HR Executive will be responsible for taking ownership of specific HR functions and contributing to strategic initiatives.   Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment pipelines for support staff, including initial screenings, attending interviews with HR management and ensuring smooth execution of onboarding process.
• Registration of employees’ engagement and termination with Jobsplus.
• Responsibility for the recruitment process and day-to-day management of summer/seasonal workers.
• Support HR management with the Summer Internship Programme for law students.
• Assist with the recruitment process and onboarding of legal staff.
• Help organise and coordinate training sessions and employee development initiatives.
• Assist in implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics for statistical purposes.
• Provide support in performance appraisals and employee feedback procedures.
• Review and support with implementation and maintenance of the HR Handbook, HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries, resolving HR-related issues in a timely and confidential manner.
• Support management to create a positive working environment.

• Minimum of 3 years in an HR role
• Strong understanding of HR principles, local employment law and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with payroll systems.
• Proficiency in HR systems.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field would be considered an asset
