Gabriel assists clients with various corporate and commercial law related matters, including company incorporations, corporate restructuring as well as other general corporate governance queries. Previously, he completed a rotation within the firm’s Shipping department whereby he assisted clients with vessel registrations, sale and purchase of ships, registering and amending of mortgages, incorporation of shipping companies along with other general maritime law related queries received from both local and international clients. Gabriel holds a master’s degree in international maritime law from the International Maritime Law Institute, where he completed his studies having written a dissertation titled ‘Wreck Removal under the Malta Flag and its Impact on the Circular Blue Economy’.
