GANADO Advocates was one of the key sponsors and contributors at this year’s Mediterranean Business Aviation (MBA) Conference, held on the 30th of June.

This conference aims at bringing together various European, North African and the Middle Eastern organisations who are interested in the aviation marketplace and the aspects affecting this industry’s future outlook. High on the agenda were topics such as aircraft financing, capital markets in aviation finance, aircraft arrest, infrastructure development and consolidation within the regional business aviation market.

Dr. Antoine Cremona, Partner at GANADO Advocates specialising in areas of litigation, arbitration and ADR, was one of the key speakers at the conference. Dr. Cremona spoke about the recent experiences and developments with respect to aircraft arrest in Malta.
