Annalise Papa among panellists at IBA Annual Conference 2026 session ‘Optimising the capital stack for closely held companies’.

Annalise Papa, Partner at Ganado Advocates will be attending and will be a panellist at the International Bar Association’s (IBA) Annual Conference 2026, taking place at the Bella Center in Copenhagen from the 4^th to the 9^th October.

The conference brings together legal practitioners from around the world to discuss developments across a broad range of practice areas and industries.

On 7^th October, Annalise will participate in a panel discussion titled “Optimising the capital stack for closely held companies”, where panellists will explore matters relating to the financing and capital structures of closely held businesses.
