Anthony Cremona, Partner at Ganado Advocates participated in STEP Malta’s CPD session, TUBOR – Complexity of Beneficiary Reporting, which took place on 22 October 2026 at The Phoenicia Hotel in Valletta.
The event explored key trust matters and aspects of beneficial ownership, including the appointment of beneficiaries, Letters of Wishes, exclusions and classes and their relevance for today’s family wealth structures.
As part of the session, Anthony Cremona participated in a panel discussion on the topic and also delivered a short presentation on STEP and the benefits of membership, as part of an initiative to encourage greater participation in the STEP community.
