Banking & Finance/Capital Markets Lawyer

Our law firm has a substantial local and international client base and a predominantly commercial practice. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in order to continue addressing our clients’ needs effectively and to strengthen our resources.   We are interested in hearing from lawyers in possession of a warrant to practice law in Malta with at least six years’ experience in the banking & finance and/or capital markets fields to support the team in a broad range of work.   The successful candidate will have, amongst other qualities, a strong corporate law background, a sound academic preparation, a positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, be a team-player with a collaborative working style, results-focused, and able to communicate confidently and effectively. We are seeking to recruit a qualified professional to join our esteemed firm in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on complex financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and capital market activities. Interested applicants must hold a university degree in law (Master 2), ideally accompanied by an LL.M in banking and finance and have worked in a similar position for at least 6 years. Each applicant is expected to:

• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management;
