Dr Andre Zerafa contributes to Seminar on Notified AIFs

In view of the recent launch of the new Notified Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) framework, the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), in collaboration with FinanceMalta, organised a Seminar on this subject on Tuesday, 12th July at the MFSA offices in Mriehel.

At the Seminar, Dr Andre Zerafa, who heads GANADO Advocates’ Investment Services and Funds team, moderated a panel discussion on governance issues, due diligence considerations for NAIFs and their AIFMs, disclosure requirements in the fund’s prospectus and structuring possibilities for different investment strategies under the NAIF framework.
