Elaine Magri to moderate MITC’s cross-border activity session

Elaine Magri, Senior Associate at Ganado Advocates, will be moderating a business breakfast organised by MITC on Cross-Border Activity: Turning Conduct Supervision into Practice, taking place on 15th July at the Hyatt Regency Ballroom, St. George’s Bay, St Julian’s.

Part of MITC’s Regulatory Series, the session will bring together industry, regulatory and legal experts to explore the practical aspects of conduct supervision in relation to cross-border activity. Discussions will cover governance and Board oversight, product oversight and consumer protection, MGA and outsourcing structures, risk and compliance monitoring, as well as supervisory observations and practical case examples, helping firms translate regulatory expectations into effective oversight frameworks.

Elaine will join fellow panellists from the Malta Financial services Authority and Willis Tower Watson to discuss current regulatory expectations and practical approaches to governance, risk and compliance in cross-border business.
