Ganado Advocates to deliver M&A lecture organised by Society Education

Society Education will be organising an online session on the 19th of July revolving around mergers and acquisitions. 

This brief course will offer a comprehensive overview of the essential stages involved in the M&A process, spanning from its inception to the ultimate agreements or conclusions of the transaction.
