James Farrugia speaks at FinaceMalta’s Asset Management seminar in London

James Farrugia, Partner at GANADO Advocates, participated at FinanceMalta’s half day seminar – Malta Structures to Service European Asset Management Business – that was held on the 20th of October in London. The event brought together fund and corporate services providers, lawyers and other industry professionals to discuss alternative solutions for UK-based firms who want to retain their Pan-European operations.

Mr Farrugia participated in a panel discussion, focused on the newly launched Notified AIFs investment fund structure, which aims at presenting the opportunities that such structures have to offer.
