Matthew Brincat & Lara Pace to participate at the Employment Law Seminar

The FHRD will be hosting the 4th edition of the Employment Law Seminar: An Insight into Trending Topics on the 23^rd of January in Rabat, Malta.

The event will bring HR and legal professionals together to explore practical case studies and expert perspectives, address current workplace challenges within the evolving employment law landscape.

Matthew Brincat, Partner at Ganado Advocates, will be delivering a session titled The proposed auto-enrolment occupational pension regime and what it means for employers, and will also take part in a separate discussion addressing frequently asked employment questions. Lara Pace, Senior Associate at Ganado Advocates, will be delivering a session titled Equal pay for work of equal value – from claim to defence.
