Stephanie J. Coppini to deliver SkillsMalta webinar

SkillsMalta are hosting a webinar titled “An Overview of Whistleblowing Legislation in Malta” on the 17th of June.

Stephanie Jean Coppini, an Associate within our Corporate practice, will deliver the session. This webinar will explore the Protection of the Whistleblower Act, Chapter 527 of the Laws of Malta. Participants will gain an understanding of the Act’s structure, with a focus on the legal safeguards provided to whistleblowers in Malta and the different categories of disclosures permitted under the law. The session will be especially beneficial for employers (as defined by the Act) who are legally required to establish formal internal whistleblowing policies and procedures.
