On 23 May 2018, Dr. Caruana Scicluna moderated a session on ‘Marketing & Distribution of Maltese Funds’ at a breakfast event organised by Global Fund Media (GFM) and supported by FinanceMalta. The event held at the Reform Club, London covered ‘Malta in a Post Brexit World’ and provided delegates with a sense of what Malta has to offer as a jurisdiction and why it should be considered as a practical solution to EU fund structuring and distribution. The session moderated by Mark focused primarily on the Maltese Notified AIF regime and how best to utilise Malta’s distribution network to promote Malta funds across the EU/EEA.
