Ganado Advocates has been invited to participate in a series of webinars that will be delving into the process of establishing fund and asset management operations in Europe. Supported by FinanceMalta, with the participation of the Malta Financial Services Authority, the Masterclass series will take the form of three live 1-hour sessions on the 4^th, 5^th and 6^th of May at 10 am.

Together with other participants from leading firms within the industry – BOV Fund Services Limited, EY, LINDEMANNLAW and REYL Group – James Farrugia, Mark Caruana Scicluna and Nicholas Micallef from Ganado Advocates’ investment services and funds team will be sitting on 3 different panels discussing the European fund environment, the process of setting up a fund and asset management company and fundraising, launching and running a fund.
