She regularly assists clients from various industries in civil and commercial disputes, with a special focus on cross-border litigation, international commercial arbitration, and the cross-border enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards. Yasmine also has a particular interest in the evolving intersection of technology and law, having conducted extensive research on the impact of emerging technologies such as the metaverse and blockchain on international arbitration. In addition to her current focus, Yasmine has experience working with the following departments within the firm: Corporate Finance & Tax; Investment Services & Funds; Banking Finance & Payments; Insurance, Pensions & Employment; and Asset Finance & Leasing. Yasmine has recently successfully read for an Advanced Master’s degree in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University, specialising in international commercial arbitration, international investment arbitration, commercial negotiation and mediation, international trade law, and international litigation and arbitration in public international law.
