In December 2022, the Council of the European Union has agreed its position on the new rules and has started negotiations with the European Parliament in order to agree on a final version of the text. During this webinar, we will be discussing the state of play of the new AML-CFT Regulation, the changes which will be brought about by the new rules and how, if at all, the legal and regulatory landscape will change with the adoption of the new rules.
