Anthony Cremona to speak on panel at the STEP Europe Conference

Anthony Cremona, Ganado Advocates’ Private Client and Anti-Financial Crime partner, will be attending and speaking on a panel at the ‘STEP Europe Conference: Navigating tomorrow’s wealth — advising families across borders, generations and new realities’ taking place at the The Congress Centre of the Czech National Bank, Prague from the 1^st to the 2^nd October.

Anthony will be joining a panel of distinguished speakers examining important recent developments in the register of beneficial ownership landscape, including the latest legislative developments at local level – some of which have emerged as recently as 22 September – as well as recent CJEU case law shaping the European beneficial ownership framework.
