Superyacht Investor, a yearly appointment for the global yachting community, was held in London between the 16^th and 17^th of May. The conference brought together lawyers, tax advisors, financiers, brokers, shipyards, ship registries, yacht owners and other operators within the superyacht industry to discuss the most topical issues affecting the industry today.

Matthew Attard moderated a panel discussion entitled ‘Is this the start of the Roaring 20s?’, during which panellists discussed the post-Covid repercussions on the industry, key trends to watch out for, and how the current situation compares to the 2009 global financial recession.

Christine Cassar Naudi, Partner heading Ganado Advocates’ tax practice for yachts, was also in attendance.
