Simon Schembri, Philip Mifsud and Lara Pace will be delivering a two-part course on mergers and acquisitions (M&As) on the 13^th April and 17^th November. The event, organised by the Malta Stock Exchange Institute, is supported by Ganado Advocates.

Covering the key steps in an M&A, from process kick-off to the conclusion of the transaction, the course will focus on the various arrangements available as well as the practical aspects of different M&A transactions, delving also into types of targets, NDAs, due diligence processes, merger control, employment issues and IP and data protection matters.

The course is open to the general public and is particularly relevant to stakeholders in the business community, including business owners and advisors, financial services professionals, lawyers and other professionals involved in the identification, planning and execution of M&As.
