Webinar: Returning to work policies during COVID-19 and a discussion on stress Author: Ganado Advocates Published on May 18, 2020 Friday, 22nd May 2020 15:00 – 16:15 Webinar Overview Whether we like it or not, COVID-19 has made us re-think the way we approach our offices. Twitter just announced that they are going try to do away with offices altogether. But for those of us who cannot afford to do that, what do we need to do to keep our offices as safe as possible? Is life at the office ever going to be the same? As an HR Practitioner, what should I look out for when determining who can return to work and how? Moreover, let’s be honest, we have all been feeling a little more stressed lately… but is this just us or is there a pandemic of stress and anxiety brewing on the horizon? And in reality, what is stress? Is it a medical reality or just a figment of our imagination? If it is real, can it actually be measured and certified? More importantly, when does stress transition from ‘normal’ to ‘requiring medical attention’? If you want to know the answers to these questions and more, this FAQ session is the perfect opportunity for you. For this session, Ganado Advocates’ Employment Team members Dr Matthew Brincat and Dr Lara Pace will be asking a number of questions to Dr Julienne Bencini (Senior Associate with expertise in OHS Law), her father Dr Joseph (aka JoJo) Portelli Demajo (an occupational doctor with more than 40 years’ experience) and Dragan Donkov (Manager, Learning and Development, Richmond Foundation). The interactive session will be free for participants and shall last 75 minutes, with at least 15 minutes dedicated to your live questions. Click here to register for free. Go back
