Matthias Grech is an Advocate at Ganado Advocates, forming part of the corporate finance team. He regularly assists clients with various corporate matters – including the incorporation and liquidation of companies, local and cross-border mergers, M&A transactions and assistance on corporate governance matters.

Through his specialization, Matthias has also achieved a strong familiarity with the upcoming EU legal framework on various technologies such as AI, Fintech & Blockchain, and internally advises his colleagues on matters related to such on a regular basis.
