Stephanie Zarb Adami, Senior Associate at Ganado Advocates, will be a panelist at the 13th Balkan Legal Forum: Beyond Business as Usual, taking place on the 25th – 26th June 2026 at the Park Hyatt Vienna.
Organised by the International Bar Association (IBA) Law Firm Management Committee, the IBA European Regional Forum and the Legal Development Foundation, the conference brings together legal professionals from across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond to discuss the challenges and opportunities shaping the legal profession. The two-day programme covers a broad range of topics, including geopolitics and risk, private equity, artificial intelligence and legal technology, ESG, foreign direct investment, business development, M&A, arbitration, financial services, law firm innovation and the future of legal practice.
Stephanie will be speaking during the panel discussion “Building a Legal Career Under Pressure: Skills, Ethics and Resilience. What do our Associates want?” The session will explore topics including career development, working on high-risk matters, managing ethical dilemmas and professional independence, the use of AI by junior lawyers, developing professional judgment, and building career resilience in an increasingly dynamic legal market.
