Organised in Malta for the 6th consecutive year, the ‘Opportunities in Business Jets’ and ‘Opportunities in Superyachts’ conferences took place last week at the Intercontinental Hotel. These annual conferences organised by Quaynote Communications gather international industry leaders within the Aviation and Maritime sectors and offer a unique opportunity to discuss recent developments within these areas.

GANADO Advocates was one of the key sponsors of the ‘Opportunities in Superyachts’ conference during which Ms Christine Cassar Naudi, Partner within the firm’s Corporate Finance and Tax practice, hosted a round-table discussion on the effects of recent international tax developments on the yachting industry. Dr Jotham Scerri Diacono, Dr Karl Grech Orr and Dr Jan Rossi from the Shipping team were also present at this conference, while Dr Daniel Aquilina, Dr Matthew Xerri  and Dr George Bugeja, all members of the GANADO Advocates Aviation team, attended the ‘Opportunities in Business Jets’ conference.
