    Banking & Finance/Capital Markets Senior Associate

    We are seeking to recruit a qualified professional to join our esteemed firm in Luxembourg. The successful candidate will play a critical role in advising our clients on complex financial transactions, regulatory compliance, and capital market activities. Interested applicants must hold a university degree in law (Master 2), ideally accompanied by an LL.M in banking and finance and have worked in a similar position for at least 6 years. Each applicant is expected to:

    • Have a sound academic preparation in law;
    • Have a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues;
    • Be able to work well within a dynamic team;
    • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management;
    • Communicate confidently and effectively in both English and French or German;
    • Have at least 6 years’ experience working in a similar position;
    • Work under pressure and to tight deadlines where required;
    • Possess excellent drafting and negotiation skills;
    • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; and
    • Be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

    Investment Funds Lawyer – Luxembourg

    Our office in Luxembourg is seeking to recruit an investment funds lawyer. Interested applicants must hold a university degree in law (Master 2), ideally, accompanied by an LL.M in investment funds and relevant work experience in investment funds. Each applicant is expected to:

    • have a sound academic preparation in law;
    • have a positive attitude towards clients and colleagues;
    • be able to work well within a dynamic team;
    • communicate confidently and effectively in both English and French or German; and
    • work under pressure and to tight deadlines where required.
    The successful applicant, who will report to other members of the firm’s investment funds team in Luxembourg, will receive appropriate on-going training and have excellent career growth prospects.
