    Banking & Finance/Capital Markets Lawyer

    Our law firm has a substantial local and international client base and a predominantly commercial practice. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team in order to continue addressing our clients’ needs effectively and to strengthen our resources.   We are interested in hearing from lawyers in possession of a warrant to practice law in Malta with at least six years’ experience in the banking & finance and/or capital markets fields to support the team in a broad range of work.   The successful candidate will have, amongst other qualities, a strong corporate law background, a sound academic preparation, a positive attitude, be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, be a team-player with a collaborative working style, results-focused, and able to communicate confidently and effectively.
